I've lost 15 pounds!
A while back I saw something on my Instagram feed about a weight loss challenge called #alittletoofluffy that was headed up by the lovely Danielle @ Take Heart. So, I joined in immediately. I knew that losing weight would help our chances of conceiving - and I knew that I would feel better about myself after shedding some pounds.
Here is a little back story:
When I was pregnant with Wyatt I gained 70 lbs.
I went from being 160lbs - 230lbs.
You know how people say that when they get pregnant they are just going to eat whatever they want?
Well, that's EXACTLY what I did.
And although having Pizza Hut multiple times a week was delicious, it wasn't very healthy.
Wyatt was born weighing 8 lbs 9 oz - and he was a whole MONTH early.
The doctor told us that he would have been close to 11lbs if he was born on his due date.
During my pregnancy, I also developed an addiction to food.
It's definitely been difficult - and has required a lot of self control (and lean cuisines).
But I'm slowly getting back to a healthy weight.
And I couldn't be happier about it.
I can't wait for the day where I can write the post telling you I'm finally at my pre-pregnancy weight again! Just 20 more pounds!!
